I'm going to give my honest opinion as to why I'm getting the One over the PS4:
I feel that the Xbox One offers much more in the overall package. The media functions are awesome, the HDMI-in is a great feature and the console can be used as my entertainment center.
The Kinect is a big feature to me too. I like how it makes browsing the UI much easier by voice commands and gestures, and I can't wait to see what the devs will create for it.

Exactly my thoughts. That game had a good Fable vibe and the combat was excellent. The music was very good too, it was a great game all around.
I've seen this excuse a few times already. Who is going to buy the Xbox One if they don't have internet? 90% of the features of that console are usable only if you have internet.
Why spend so much on something you're never going to use to it's full extent? Genuinely curious here.
