I remember when this chick and her sister were on Epileptic Gaming back in the day playing strip halo3 beta multiplayer.
Give him some glasses and he's the warden from Shawshank.
You do realize that the publishers, or developers don't buy or run the dedicated servers right? The players buy or rent server space to host a dedicated server for a game. So while you wish people would stop complaining about a feature that has been standard for almost 15 years, we wish people would understand what the hell a dedicated server is before running their mouth.
Ill be waiting until BF1943 and BFBC2 come out so I can give my money to a PC dev who deserves it. I'll also be waiting patiently for Red Orchestra 2.
Calibue15, Bestbuy isn't giving you the choice if you want the service or not. They are taking the console, opening it themselves, updating it, then returning it to the shelves with an extra 30$ price tag. Doing that doesn't give the console an open item price tag either.
That is exactly what IW are taking away from MW2.
Day 1 buy for me. Who needs MW2 when you can play with some realism that isn't modded into the game afterward? Hardcore Infiltration is going to be awesome.
I won't buy it unless they decide to add a Japanese VO option. I may not speak Japanese but dammit I hate listening to crappy English dub work.
I wish they would run that in the US. It's great. I want to see all of the uneducated morons that populate this country go nuts over it, with those media watchdogs calling for a ban to save the innocence of all the children. Then I want to see Tecmo tell all those people to shove it and grow a pair.
I'd like one if you still have any.
More like it's all about scaring people into buying stuff they don't need. Like trash bags and duct tape when the anthrax was getting sent through the mail.
I don't think this game showing up in Asia only had anything to do with trying to find a better date. They simply underestimated how much attention this game would get. It's clearly a niche title for hardcore gamers so why release it on a mass scale like that? They obviously didn't count on it to be selling out of stock with every shipment.
Look at Afrika, that was hyped up here in the US before it was released, but they only released it in Asian territories because they knew it ...
When I bought BG&E from steam when they had it for 5 bucks, it was very buggy. A lot of graphical and sound problems. The sound and the cutscenes weren't syncing right sometimes no sound at all, really bad framerate drops, and CTD's.
The Ravens are gonna get their asses beat
I've been playing it a lot lately and haven't had any problems with it. Out of the past 12 or so hours of playtime I've only been disconnected once. Much better than launch.
Nice, I got one.
I've Got to agree with you there, I don't see it either.
Yeah, and if only the democrats knew how to choose a nominee that could actually beat a republican. Much like HDDVD, they talked a big game and drew some support but when it came down to it they just didn't have what it took to win.
ok so it works if you install it on the same PC, but what if you reformat? does it still work or will take an install?
Don't worry you're not missing anything. The game could've been awesome, but they also went with the short sighted decision to use p2p rooms with no dedicated servers or the option to join a game already in progress. The game is basically dead, and they already came out and said there will never be dedicated servers in the future, so just save your time, disk space, and your money.
