i keep hearing LoU2 is in february and dying light 2 in april. now, add elden ring in june???? amazing.
well, with any game there are going to be some who don't like it. most reviews are very positive. and besides, i wouldn't let any reviews keep me from playing a game i'd been looking forward to for a long time.
if only 1 - i'd go gears. it's got a ton of content and the campaign looks excellent.

well, what's your definition of "insignificant"? MS aquired Rare in 2002 - that was considered significant at the time - but what has rare done in almost 18 years with MS?....not much.
i see your point; but, it's easier to be excited for a great looking game than studio acquisitions that may, or may not, work out.
it's still surprises me they're selling the game like this. it's why i didn't buy it on ps4.

general gameplay isn't too bad; but - some of the bosses are "bang your head against the wall" hard.

how it's used, i do not know; but the baby is unique to me - i don't recall many games where the lead is carrying around a baby. ]

yea. i fell into the trap of listening to the negative people. i never tried #5 until it was on ps+ for free - and i had a lot of fun with it. it's not near as bad as i was led to believe.
i'm certainly going to give DS a try - i find it hard to believe Kojima would make a game that's awful.
i think demon souls should have been on the list too.
i would LOVE MGS3 remake. the fight with "the end" would be worth the price.
