I don't regularly buy games but when I do I prefer digital
I'm stuck on the island that is Xbox.

Gears is a franchise that could span any time period with guns.
Imagine a wild west Gears but with it's own twist. Or how about a medieval with musketeers vs pirates.
A standalone story with every entry instead of a trilogy could also work.
Gears 5 needs
1. 10 vs 10 multi-player gameplay.
2. Horde needs to evolve into an open world map.
3. No Microtransactions please.
4. Story Dlc.
5.Gears 5 should take place in the future. Gears in space battling an alien threat sorta like Star Craft or Halo.
