Funny enough I'm inn the same boat. It's probably been a month since I've purchased a new game, this will be next!
This game is a classic. Its actually one of the first ps titles I was exposed to and due too my affinity for vamp more I was drawn in!
I've been waiting for the last guardian for a looking time... And still waiting, but I think this will be the year!
This is also a large part of it all. The masses are entertained by the same ole' song again and again. Nintendo's creativity doesn't get much love
I never gave it much attention. As someone mentioned, the marketing was bad. Not only that, but they didn't do much in advancing to meet the expectations of "next gen." I have to say the times I have played a Wii U I did enjoy it, but I think the saving grace for it IS ONLY the fact that it's Nintendo and many of the franchises associated with Nintendo will draw people no matter what. Otherwise it may have went the way of the OUYA... anyone remember that?
That's a good saying. I live my life like that, I will not be bored! When it comes to games it's a similar thing, I no longer play certain types of games because after playing the same series for a decade, unless they evolve upon the story line or gameplay throughout, it grows a bit stale.
Hey really good list! I had forgot about banjo and kazooie, they were great! The other characters on there would be good too! They might as well add the entire star fox family
That system is so broken it's laughable. There should be an established standard, that's for sure. The question is, how does one get others to adhere to this new system.
In with Unholy, I think as an industry we need to reevaluate the way we score games but that's another discussion entirely
Bugs can ruin a gaming experience so that I understand. Thankfully once been fortunate in that area to not have experienced many. Only npcs vanishing on rare occasion but that's it

Nintendo is a classic! A staple in the industry, and I'll leave out with that
I do think the handheld has helped to keep them afloat,but I don't know if it will be enough to sustain them in the future. Not as the Nintendo we know today anyways
