The hardware in the next gen consoles are heavily modified so you can't compare pc parts to console parts they are not the same

I'm gonna have to disagree with that! People are spending money more now than ever just look at the iphone 5 selling millions and the new ipad selling like mad which cost 600 to 700$ if people want something they will buy it and the next gen consoles won't be 600 or 700$ more like 400$ to 500$.
If the PS4 was in the same range as the wiiU than there would be no point in upgrading from the Ps3 that's why I know this rumour is stamped with a huge FALSE!

I hope next gen consoles are locked in at 60fps and that there is more options for physical appearence of my character. They should add a british faction as well and I'm happy to hear 64 players will be added for nextgen consoles as well.
