You can tell that parts of the game are alot more polished than others so ya I bet they weren't given the time to polish the whole game.

I'm a PS4 owner and I'm just about fed up with Sony!they are terrible at supporting peripherals and PlayStation network has been absolute garbage. I'm really thinking about picking up the Scorpio this year and heading back to Xbox if Sony can't shape up!
