I think it's funny that people complained that the recommended specs were to high, yet could you imagine them with the old build?
Building a game that scale, with those graphics was to much for most PC's even. And would have made the cost of this game allot more due to high detail for asset creation.
At this point, I'm uncertain which will be better.
BloodBorne was amazing... And blew my mind with certain moments, and being an amazing blend of action, RPG and a surprising amount of horror added in.
But with The Witcher 3, the sheer scope, and the aspect of hunting just seems amazing.
Really... These pictures look like they were taken from my old flip phone Razr...
So was Bloodborne...
I've had the CE ordered since last June, eagerly awaiting.
We also need to consider one more thing. When the specs for the current vision of The Witcher 3 came out, people complained that their PC's cannot run it.
Imagine if this version came out, most PC's on the planet could not run it, just look through the Steam Statistics for the average PC. It would not be able to handle the old version.
I would love to have seen the 2013 vision, but it's still an amazing looking game.
Looks good, just wish the grappling hook worked more like it does in Dying Light, that game has the best grappling hook I've used.
Awesome, thank you.
Can't wait for this game.
But I can't seem to find this out, maybe someone can help me...
Does this edition on the PS4 have Turbo Mode in it?
Rainbow 6 looks like it needed it, so that's a good thing.
Hey, Pierce the Veil!
1 Gen.
360 / PS3.
Two gens ago would place it as an XBox / PS2 game.
While it may be overkill, it is what they are using.
It is a very versatile engine, and it will save them effort on lighting, but will require far more CPU / GPU usage, just on a base engine level.
Right now it all depends on how well the Wii U can run the UE4, or if it is able to.
I may actually donate to this Kickstarter.
Is this the one coming with the CE?
Fully understand, and if they ever need a home, I'll take your Titan's! XP
4K looks amazing, and once GPU's are capable of running it better, I will move on up to it.
Until then I'll keep my GTX 780 until the next series of GPU's launch, or I happen to land in some spare money sometime.
Hoping DX12 fixes the issue with Multi GPU profiles, I might try an SLI set up again if the it does.
4 Titan X's, and he's only getting 30-40FPS.
That's why I don't do multi GPU, you don't get the full benefit, and we have to wait and see how DX12 works them.
And this is also why I don't go for 4k. (2160p, but that's a different argument all together...) It's just not cost effective right now.
I liked the first one, but I hope the improve the combat.
And for the love of Batman, PLEASE do something about the screen tearing! And on that note, if anyone knows a good way to fix it on the PC, let me know!
Hence the polygons...
