Move would get a big boost IF Sony would try to market a serious sword based game on it. Something akin to Dark Souls / Zelda.
I know shooters support the Move, but I prefer sword games, and a serious tone. And the Gladiator game is Sports Champions showed allot of potential in that market.
Well, trust me. I miss the days of no patches, That way devs got their shit together and did it right. And I don't buy much DLC to begin with, and hate it in the market as a whole, just an excuse for devs to put less in their games.

Put two people in a challenge map, double the enemies, BAM! you have a two player challenge map. And minimal effort into it, but then they could see if the fans wanted more or not. Simple. Beat 'Em Up games benefit greatly from Co-Op, and as would allot of other games.

Main problem with "journalism" they are to worried about what the readers will think if they review something low. Look at Dragon Age II. A game which was not up to standards, but those who reviewed it low prior to release where called stupid.

Soul Calibur 5, Ninja Gaiden 3, Shinobido 2, Gravity Rush, Naruto UNS Generations, Devil May Cry HD, Asura's Wrath... And I think I forgot a few games in that. It is gonna be crazy.

I cannot standing gaming on those things. Trying playing a game like Shinobido or BlazBlue on a smart phone.
I'd say Killzone 3 for the PS3 shooter of the year. Though I did not play many shooters this year.
Dead Island is a great game, if you are looking for a fun Co-Op game. But as a single player game, I am not so sure how it would stand up.
It is basically an eternal fetch quest and hoards of zombies that you are beating to a pulp with whatever you can find.
Like I said, great Co-Op, not so sure about a Single Player thing... Oh, and it still have some glitches, but all the gamebreaking ones have been fixed.
