Could be but will not. They are dividing it between 2 years to help their profit margins for 2 years instead of just one. Makes the investors want to invest more when they should 2 years of profit.

IW needs to stop milking this game. First the claim the game was kept secret from Activision then they claim Activision wanted to give them millions for advertising and that huge budget.

Kind of like how the 360 was out sold by the wii when they were about equal prices? 360s reputation from RROD and E74 have finally caught up to it. The only people still buying are the completely uniformed or the die hard MS fans. I was at Best Buy and watched the Floor Rep look at a Father and Son and tell them the down side of the 360 when they asked. Took 30 secs for them to wander over and unlock the PS3 case and head up front with 3 games.
I've got better games to play then a rehashed COD4 MW. To many exclusives not enough time. Being laid off has hurt my financial situation but I'm about 2 games from having no backlog after 4 years of 10+ games waiting to start much less finish.
I think this writer is all about the US and doesn't take into consideration that the WHOLE WORLD buys things too. With Final Fantasy 13 Exclusively on PS3 in Japan that right there is going to be a BIG Hurdle for the 360 to get over.
The media Center was added in after Sony put it on the PS3 if I remember right. Either way PS3 is a better social tool as it has had Facebook/myspace/twitter ability Since it launched and hasn't had to make deals with anyone about it.
And just cause they are on IGN open forum they are actual ps3 owners and players? Not that hard to register and say Im an XBox owner and that the services suck themselves?

1. The listening of MUSIC while playing games IS NOT A FEATURE OF XBOX LIVE. I can sit on my Ps3 unplug the network cable and turn off wireless and listen to music from my hard drives on a few games that don't have bad ass sounds tracks.
2.The Downloading is something in your imagination. It has been proven that PSN and PS3 get the same speeds as Xbox live and the 360.
