The BBB is a better option then just flat out filing a lawsuit. The BBB actually is a Business that keeps complaints around that are filed by consumers to help consumers when they get screwed over. If you do not believe go do some research. You will see that Sony has many many complaints against them, just like every other company. I have already filed 2 complaints having to do with the PS3

Although I am a PS3 fan through and through I think this is crap. Sony needs to get their act together. I would suggest everyone in the US file a complaint with the BBB(BetterBusinessBureau) I stated in my complaint that I felt cheated after spending a few thousand dollars on games and the system to only be able to play when they let me. Dynamic Themes should be $1 tops. Europe and Japan have each had atleast 1 free theme while the US has those 2-3 themes that are free there but 2.99 here. I have created a Japan and Euro account so I got them and use them. But any Dev who continues to charge the current price is not going to sell that many copies of it.
I personally think the devs should include it on the Disc when you buy a game or include a voucher for a free download of it.
It's the summer drought. It happens all the time. Last Year in may I bought inFAMOUS and I didn't buy another game till Demon's Souls. Devs don't release games during the summer because people are out and about and don't have time to really sit around. The School year starts around Sept and most are done by June at the latest.

30% of game devs don't feel they get paid enough yet 100% of people who work also feel they don't get paid enough If you don't feel you are getting enough go the hell somewhere else and see everywhere people don't get paid enough.
