They developed everything from the ground up, the engine and everything meaning it would take more time. I think you missed the article where PD said that their next game (GT6) can be done way faster, why? cos everything is there and all the have to do is improve on it.
What he means by "Better Than Reality" is that the graphics may look real but in real life you will not have perfect conditions all the time. GT5 will make that possible as they will create situations and enviroment to make the driving experience look beautiful.

Snow, i don't get why anyone would complain about the snow. No footprints, lol when the feet are so deep in the ground i don't expect to see footprints i see dragged snow cos that dragged snow hides the footprints anyone that played the Beta will know that.

There is no game that is completely how the devs want it to be. GTA4, Uncharted, Killzone, Halo, Modern Warfare. None of these games were how the devs want it to be because they want to allways add more. PD says that they want to creat a perfect driving experience and we know that that means allot more to do before its truly complete.

Sony and PD did not feel threatened by Forza 3 to push GT5 and release it this year. Sony felt confortable on releasing it in 2010 March. This gives Forza 3 space and I think Turn 10 got lucky.

but hey do you think they count every car as 4 cars? enviroments look better in Forza lol. look at the mountains in forza its like its covered with plastic and same with the ground but it might be just me as i see whats there.
If manufacturer's don't allow then to put damage into the game there is nothing PD can do about and if I was a manufacturer i would do the same they don't want to advertise a broken car...

seriously man why don't you play the PS3 exclusives and then say that they are inferior in Online.
I am in Uncharted 2 beta and it beats everything in online, the only thing that comes close is Killzone 2 and soon MW2.

People BUY Uncharted 2, im saying this cos im in the beta and its fun factor of online can be similar or beat MW2 in fun factor and this is coming from someone that loves MW. i was comparing it to todays review system, if sites give games like Halo 1,2,3 ODST and GTA4 and so on a 10 then this game definatly deserves it.
The only game I feel should get a 10 so far is MGS4, its just an EPIC game that no one should miss and this is coming from someone that was never into MGS series but i got into it once looking at MGS4.

I think the reviewer was talking about joining online matches. Even in the beta i join a game within 30 secs and the load times are short that it surprised me as the graphics are amazing.
i would give this game 10/10 just from playing the beta and from reading the other reviews you can tell this game doesn't deserve anything under 9.9/10 and this being harsh on it.

Im assuming that you haven't played any of the GT games on PS3. It looks as good as that and thats only GT5 Prolouge. GT5 will be better.
And people BUY UNCHARTED 2, im in the beta and it's amazing, the game play is amazing. Online is one of the best i have played and i have played MW, WaW, Killzone 2 and many more and this is one of the most fun games ever. BUY IT.

Are people blind? cos if they are then I will understand that they want to compare a game called Uncharted 2 to Halo ODST. come on, the fanboys are just hyping this game because its one of the 3 games that they can buy which are exclusive.

Im in Uncharted 2 beta and I love the Modern Warfare game and will definatly buy this but i don't think we can say which online is better because they are too different. The gameplay of MW2 will be the same as MW so we can tell how they will fare against each other.
