Any gamer worth his salt will tell you that MAC suck arse for games. period. Yes I know - I have one, wait erm 2 macs in the house (one as a media server)
Mac are good for budding film designers, php coders, photoshopers.
But not for games.. stop dreaming if you think otherwise.

I played eq from the first days then on to eq2 before moving on to other MMORPGS.
I most recently tried Conan, but felt it was too quick and easy to reach the end levels, and then a case of what to do now.
I was going to wait for Warhammer, or that Jumpgate Evolution.
How is it doing nowadays? Worth coming back to try again anyone? I used to love raids in EQ1.
Ok Ill be honest.. I got a few drivelware titles for the PS3 (Genji anyone???), Motorstorm was good but some of the crapolo titles I bought at laundh left me a bit bored of the PS3 at first and I went back to playing more 360 and PC games.
Then I bought Drakes on the strength of the Naughty Dog reputation and typically with their work - I was impressed. And I have gone on to buy some other PS3 gamers and play them. Maybe this game was a turning point for me PS3 wise.
Shame this game showed so much promise. (free diablo kinda game) I'd only just applied for the beta after reading about it on N4G.com.
Anyone recommend another game of the same ilk?

Ok I admit I have 2 in the house - (myself and my missis) and I also have had most HTC devices as I’m always been interested in mobile media. And the reality is - the only innovative part of the iphone 1 was the UI. The new Iphone 3G is just playing catch up with features my HTC handhelds had years ago (HSPDA).
Improved battery and 3G hmmm wow. Thats a lot. Why didn’t they do something innovative like MPP.
The next big ‘thing’ in phones is MPP –Mobile Phone Projectors.

Bought it on release day in uk - one for me one for mrs. it plays well, seems more interesting and fun than wow, but not the depth of EQ. Im going to tget to 80 to give it a full turn. Biggest problem is UI and aweful keymaps.. like backspace turns run/walk on off. which in turn means chatting is a nightmare (everyone knows this). But the game is strangely fun. Ive never been into questing in games but thats all Ive done in conan.
It all started with a online html game called planetarion.. then we both played Age of Empires, then diablo 2, then we started Everquest 1, played that till Everquest 2, went to meets around the world, when I stopped playing she continued. Hell even booked days off in time for new expansions and camped mobs all night.
Hell.. some of our worse arguements are over playing in EQ.
She now splits her time between WOW and Conan
Wii.
What about Mario Kart on the Wii? hell the previous console version was more fun.
And in all fairness Resistance felt to myself and quite a few other people no better than a PS2 game.
I lent the PS3 and restistance out to other guys in the office as they wanted to see if it was worth buying.
Hell the physiques engine sucked monkey's balls. (hide behind a woodboard so a rocketlaunching spider cant get you.) or hey.. no need to pause.. just walk 10 steps back and hey presto... all the mobs stand still.

Is it me or are they milking this series. I bought GH 2 and GH 3 only just came out, now they bringing GH 3 out.. It seems they bringing out versions quicker than Pro Evo. Sort of P's people off as you just think.. def not spending 70 on the package yet again.

What they could do with is Modifinil (also named as provigil ) which is what the pharma industry have developed in 1998 for combateers in war situtations whereby they need less sleep whilst remaining alert - almost like Speed/Phet but without most of the side effects
Was dying to say Duke Nukem Forever or PS3 Home - but that would be sarcastic.
And it also sits on the shelf 1 week after purchase - gathing dust because people believed the hype - how they could do boxing and other things.
