lol yes, from scratch. A Borderlands game with Vita tech in mind would've fared much better.
I fear this is the beginning of worse things to come. Borderlands 2 is a beast of a game full of content. I don't see it running well on the Vita.

This port was a bad idea, they should've just made an original Borderlands game from scrap on the Vita.
