Alot of Xbox One exclusives may be timed. TitanFall devs are keeping their mouths shut about the game appearing on PS4 only because they were paid big bucks not to comment on that subject.

You Don't need to worry about the controller, many reviewers who had hands on with it praised the controller. They even said its on par or even better than the Xbox One controller.

UGh! Trolls on XBL are the reason why XBL is known as typically a troll invested online service. I'v experience XBL and PSN, myself to know that.
XBL is better than PSN, simple, but people are so annoying there that its not even a joke.
PSN is very quiet, and I found it more friendly my first time there. PSN is like a library.
XBL is better than PSN, but if anything, PSN has the better community.

TBH, Sony is going to win Europe and Japan. Microsoft has no chance at Japan, and Europe looks like a big place for Playstation and always been.
US is a market that can shift. We saw the PS1 and PS2 dominate there. If Sony can win the U.S with PS4, MS is in trouble.
The Xbox One is completely different than what it was two months ago. But lets be honest, if it wasn't for Sony nothing would have changed.
If Sony had chosen the rout of DRM that the Xbox One would have it also. They've felt confident only because they were certain Sony would do the same. We would have consoles with DRM period.
