I already have a 3d tv and to be honest havent used its features yet. The $100+ price for 3d glasses is killing me. Thats the only thing holding me back right now.

Considering Netflix still works and I don't really play online anyway, no I wouldnt care. However, people who do play online certainly would care.
Were negative against Madden because Madden used to be so good. Every Madden on next gen systems have been mediocre. I don't hate on the series. I loved Madden 05 and madden 06 (xbox). These "next gen" Madden games are inferior to the last gen.
I remember getting Madden 06 (xbox) and loving it and when they announced Madden 06 for 360, I almost lost it. A next gen Madden 06?!?!?!. What I got instead, was a piece of poop.
Basically all animations need to be redone. They're awkward looking.
well thats a good deal and all but Im still getting from Amazon. I have $20 credit from Portal 2, so thats already knocked down to $39.99 plus the $10 I get from that game.
Definetely going to release a controller for kinect. It could be actually quite good with a controller but without one I don't see how it's possible.
Ever seen avatars with green, purple, or red skin? That would be modded. I honestly hardly ever see that and haven't in over a year. So I guess they'll ban the 13 people that have a modded one.

I live right near Austin but I'm sure not going there just to see a demo. It would have to a demo of some game I really want to see like GTA V, Half Life 3, Shenmue 3, etc. Even then I may still not go.

Why are the player animations so awkward still? It's madden 12 an it still looks weird. Catches, running, throwing, tackling all look like crap.
The $20 credit is nice but I couldn't care less about those bonus teams. I won't ever use them.
sounds like I need to get Orange Box again and playthrough Half Life 2 again. I forgot almost everything about what happened in that game.

You had me at Gary Oldman. What a beast. By far my favorite actor. I've never heard of the game but if they got Oldman into, it's gotta be good.
I'm glad they gave it to EA. Maybe now they can spend some time and focus on a Next gen madden that isnt complete crap. Ive got my hopes up for a good football game, since there hasnt been one since Madden 05.
BTW, if the console does come out Late 2012/early 2013, that would be great. That is when I will graduate college, so what a nice gift for me.
