I think we ain't getting the patch to force us to buy the games again, they are remaking TLoU apparently and I imagine a PC/PS5 remaster of the sequel is in the works. I would like to see a prequel of either Uncharted with younger Sully or TloU with younger Joel or a new IP.
It should be able to run at 4k60 , 1440/120 but it depends how well it's ported and if they add extra graphical improvements etc.
I would like to play it at 1440p/120fps if it's just 60fps then I may as well get it on PS5. Would of been nice if they just gave us a 60fps patch for free though, seems greedy.

If you only have a PS4 buy the disc version complete it then put it on ebay etc or wait till you get a PS5.

Yeah Sony want more people to buy their TVs so I doubt they will every enable native 1440p.
So it won't run at a locked 120 fps and as there is still not VRR support on PS5 it won't be super smooth and you need HDMI 2.1 . FFS Sony why , Playstation, play has limits. And how long do we have to wait for 60fps patched for Horizon , Bloodborn and Uncharted 4.
You can get better performance than that but you have to lower certain settings.
You want the power of a £3000 PC in a £450 console? Everything is made to spec for a set price.
Games are not cinema, if you are trying to replicate real life in a simulator then the higher framerate the better.
ebay, if you can wait a month I do anyway as I'm not paying 70 per game no matter how good it is, I expect it to be 60 though.
