It was a small joke about the non-existent quality of the cheap click-bait article with little to no content value, not a statement about vita's position in the 2019 whatsoever. If you actually read the article past its silly headline, you would see that it portrays vita in a much better light than most. It's almost a straight-up positive piece which says that vita is very much alive even now.
