If you do the math, the X1 will be at 1.42tf when they free up 8% from the OS/Kinect. Not that it will matter much in what we see, but still better than it was.

The game called "Breed" that came out about 10 years ago tried all of those things, didn't execute them very well but they were there.

Thats just it, when I got the N64 over a Ps1, Sony fans bashed it, when I bought a Dreamcast, Sony fans bashed it, when I bought the first Xbox, guess what? Yep, Sony fans became ever more rabid. Every generation they stink up every conversation with their effing nonsense.
I believe this gen will come down to SDK vs. SDK rather than pure hardware specs.
At this point they should probably be teasing a new console.
In all fairness, I think Microsoft needs to learn from Microsoft's mistakes. Number one is to change the majority of gamer's perception of them, and not through some smoke and mirrors PR campaign, but through better policies and practices. Be as genuine and open as possible with the gaming community and it will pay off in spades.
Same here, I will be getting a Ps4 next month, mainly looking forward to The Order and Driveclub. Loving my Xbox One for DR3, Ryse, and Forza 5. Steam on my gaming rig is awesome as well, I plan on running HDMI to my living room soon and using Big Picture mode for BF4. Not nearly enough hours in the day. My point is that none of this fanboy crap matters, and it wastes precious gaming time.

Believe you me, I am completely hyped for this game. If this one fails, then the franchise be left alone for a long time.
I think Titanfall will move a lot of consoles, but not millions. I hope it does, but I am just being realistic. As long as the XB1 sells enough consoles to remain viable to 3rd party devs, I really don't see why everyone is screaming that the sky is falling. So the Ps4 has a 3-5 million unit lead by 2015, so what? It's not like they will just stop making games for the X1 because it's in 2nd place.
