Sadly, it would seem that it does diminish the game for some folks. Have no idea why, it's kind of nutty.
Simply because it is available for the X1, 360, and PC but not the Ps4, therefore you will see one of 3 remarks from the "Sony Enthusiasts"
1. I will be enjoying this on PC, and NOT the X1. Because, you know, I am cool like that.
2. I will enjoy this game when it come to Ps4 in 2014-15.
3. This game looks so last gen, ______ looks way better.

Since the market became flooded with a glut of titles. I believe when something becomes so ubiquitous it's value is diminished.Often times we are already eyeing the next plate of food when we are scarcely halfway done with whats in front of us.

Well, Sony fans do seem to have more of an online presence than Xbox fans, mainly due to Xbox fans actually playing games as opposed to being on N4G 24-7.
