It's not that the PS3 is hard to dev' for, it's the fact that the dev's are LAZY!
C'mon. Just accept it. PS3 titles won't be good unless they are exclusive, and have huge inflated budgets so the dev's won't shoot themselves in the face for having to make a game for a BluRay player.

The coolest news I've heard about this game in a while is the addition of the massive mobile base "Elephant", and the "Forge" multiplayer editor system.
Both look fvcking cool as sh1t. I just like the Elephant because it's something thats never been done, and will add a whole new side to capture the flag type games. Too bad it's only in one level ATM.

I can't believe you haven't heard about this yet.
It's a new multiplayer mode called "Forge". You can take control of a monitor (343 Guilty Spark floating orb ball thingys) and manipulate things on any of the maps.
You can create/move/delete weapons, vehicles, objects. Just about anything that can be moved around in the game, you can create/move/delete. Except for the gigantic "Elephant" mobile base.
