Console gets replace one every 5-8 years so if people are still buying new Ipad and smartphones every year at premium price, then I don't see why people can't spend the money on something they are interested in they know will be around for many years after purchase.

Misleading headline. We are not sure what the price will be yet but just a guess from another insider. It should be "Xbox One MIGHT cost $820 in China" andtnot WILL.

194mb, seems reasonable size and updating now. Will try to dim the controller LED light first thing after update.

EDit: After update, the light dimming feature on low really does make a difference on the eyes. It is more tolerable on the intensity now. I really don't know what else is there as the interface seems the same to me.

Disappointed, I was really hoping that the light was the cause of the short battery issue. 4-5 hours per change is just really bad and I constantly have to use a usb cable to keep playing during the middle of a game. Hope a larger battery version is on the horizon.

LOL, you gotta love the disagrees with your preferences. I am with you Pal, I am getting Destiny with my XB1 because experience, especially online, is of most important. Also, not to mention that most of my contacts are on XB1 and I like to play FPS better with the XB1 controller layout. Those are very important aspect for any online game.

I am getting this game on XB1 even though I can get the PS4 version but I like the controller better for FPS, more of my buds are on XB1, and I currently only have Live and not PSN + so pre ordering the XB1 version was a easy decision for me but I am sure many will get the version that they think fits their gaming taste the best as both should be almost identical in terms of gameplay and graphics are concern with the PS4 being at a slightly higher resolution but I am totally fine with 900p or...

I seriously doubt Activision would want to abandon the 160 million plus consoles of the X360/PS3 in favor of a fraction of that on newer hardware as they are all about making money but I wouldn't mind having the main teams working on the newer gen versions and contracting out the X360/PS3 ports to external developers like the Titanfall deal.

As far as I know, the Oculus Rift does require an external camera for head tracking just like Project Morpheus. Where did you hear that that it doesn't need a camera?

On the Tomsguide description, it clearly show a picture of the goggle with an external mounting tracking camera device.

shoot, it seems legit as it is on the Xbox.com webpage. But places like amazon and Gamestop still has a 7/1 release date for the game though. Hmmm, could it been an error and the Xbox live digital version wasn't supposed to be online? I am all confuse now.
