If you say R* games are overrated, maybe they're simply not ur games. There are millions of gamers who love every minute of Gta4, RDR. Their games get high score for a reason.
Too bad, TM would be brilliant on Ps3
The game rocks. It has great story and theres lots to do. I never doubt R*, they always take time to create a believable world with lots of details.
Japanese gaming industry is not doomed, they still produce good games, but the fact is that they're falling behind Western developers. Most of the best games this gen come from Western developers : Uncharted 2, God of war 3, Mass effect 2...so on.
