How can you say the PS3 hasn't lived up to the hype if it hasn't been released yet.
I just went to gamestop today and this is what I noticed. The Gamecube shelves completly ignored, the Xbox area had about 1 or 2 people, and the PS2 area was so filled up people were shoving around to see what they wanted to buy. As for next-gen the Xbox 360 was completly ignored it looked like the next dreamcast to me. Some people were making comments about the Nintendo Wii, good comments. I just showed that your xbox 360 has sold less than 4 million units in almost 8 months. While the PS3 is ready to sell 6 million units in 6 months. That's twice as fast.

I have a PS2 which I bought on launch day and it has never had a problem, (I'm serious).
The gameplay is what matters. But the graphics are also important because it enhances the gameplay.

I don't want to be a fanboy or anything but that's what you get for buying a Microsoft Product without good warranty. Maybe the xbox 360 isn't as reliable as everyone tought.
FPS games are cool. Oh and yeah it will look better than Gears of war. Like I said before, you just wait. This game has 9 months to get better than gears of war, I think that's plenty of time.

First off Blu-ray, hdmi, and wifi all have to do with gaming. Blu-ray allows for more storage space in memory intensive games that have a lot of features and have HD graphics. HDMI allows better graphics in games and wifi allows multiplayer gaming. The Cell Proccessor and Tilt functions look promising so far too. When you hear a gunshot and it hits you, the screen and character both shake and you might see blood. When you hear a gunshot and it doesn't hit you then you just hear it. Rumble would be good to have but its okay if the PS3 doesn't have it, in other words I can live without it.
Its still in Production but by the time it comes out it may very well surpass Gears of War in Graphics. Just watch.
