I got F1 16 for half the price. So no need for me to get this new game. I was living with F1 13 until I got 16 so I'm one of those who didn't bother.

I bought PC because it was crowd funded to some extent but damn the AI, they're all homicidal. Even PC 2's AI is still screwed up. Pump up the AI to 100 and try to play a true sim, the cars just piles up. I'm just done with PC bcoz I think it's game breaking deal for me.
You know I was on the fence about this game because it is mostly MP but just to piss off ppl like Xerneas I'm going to buy it. And also to support the devs.
even i held out from buying this game. first one was to help the devs but their suicidal AI pretty much killed my eagerness to buy the second one. I played the GT Sports recently and i felt so at peace racing in that game. lol.
I use G29. It feels great. They do have official wheels too but they're expensive. Google it up.
get a wheel man... i got that when GT5 came out... after that i found out that i've been playing the game wrong the entire time. once you go wheel.. you never go back. lol.

i really wanted to try out the VR but they excluded it from the demo. pretty disappointed i was. i wanted to see if i'll get motion sickness or not. otherwise, the demo rocked.

GT Sports was always marketed as a FIA approved online racing game. So if people start imaginating as something else then it's their problem. It's sadly like The Order. Devs said it's got cinematic gameplay but people bought it and blamed it for being too cinema like.

Like I said before very few ppl will hold off the purchase. They can buy the game now and continue on the X.
What confuses me more is the sales of Battlefield, COD and FIFA. They come out every year and they still sell tons every year. I get it, COD and Battlefield has different scenarios/stories/maps/weapons every year so it sells but the damn FIFA... 🤔
Looks like Xbox community has let down the devs again. It's a great game and deserves more sales specially from Xbox ppl since it's been talked about by the execs and the fanboys for years.
The reason devs don't bring in niche games on Xbox (unless MS pays them to stay exclusive) is because not many buy those games except same old IPs.
