Ha I remember the GC days forced me to branch out to PS2. And I've just always had a PC in my life, well I guess not before my step dad showed up, but that was about 25 years ago.
Goofy stuff. So one would have to assume the children of PC gamers would even be interested in gaming in the first place. On a serious note, this is actually happening in Japan... sad stuff, playing a computer game is not culprit though.
I think he might mean he wants to use the Wii U gamepad in a special way for the game, and won't make the game until he comes up with something he really likes.
I think it's totally plausible that a new Mario game could launch in 2017. After all a new Zelda title launched at the very end of the GC's life. Don't set your hopes on a new Nintendo console in 2017 either.
Wonder how many parents will buy this thinking it's the chick from Frozen? I've already heard kids saying "look it's the Frozen lady" when playing Smash. It's a pretty painful thing to hear.
