Thank god. I hope the box art is tons better than what the regular version is. I hope it's similar to FF12's metal box. That was very nice and I still take a gander at it to this day.
It's a huge GoW clone. So it can never surpass the classic original. With that being said it's an extremely fun game. It's definitely close to the greatness of GoW, I have a feeling I will like both games. The game blows Bayonetta away by far. One thing I must admit though is I hated the story. I hope it's just with the demo but everything the guy did made no sense whatsoever. It felt way to rushed and not much thought was put into the events. I just care about combat though.
I don't hate the game, but I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's good old fun and all but a bit over the top for most people. The controls are nothing special, it's pretty much identical to DMC but with a dodge button. I still can't figure out if the game was meant to be funny or not, either way I'm always laughing my ass off at it. It's like the sexiness they forced in is so over the top it's not sexy in the slightest, but more so humorous.
Looks like a giant Blu-ray player now. I do hate how ugly the 360 is though. That makes it a bit less painful on the eyes. Now if only they had something like that for the ugly ass controller!
I was such a huge Star Fox fan before this game. That's right. This game was so incredibly bad it made me hate Star Fox. I still think Star Fox for SNES is the best. I remember writing a letter to Namco thanking them for destroying my love for the series.
Played the US and JP versions. Exact same to me. The frames have always been super smooth though, not sure what others are talking about with low frames. It really doesn't matter to me, the game is very mediocre in my eyes and will only be picked up when it's around $20.
People have different definitions of a challenge I found out. For my taste a challenge can be taking over 5 mins to kill a boss and of course the health dropping close to zero a few times, but not dying. While others have to die at least 10 times for it to seem challenging. I realized over these years playing games, that dying takes a lot of time, and I don't like that one bit. Time just goes by too damn fast when your older. I've been playing GoW1 on hard on my PS3, and I think I died c...
I tried a bunch of WoW private servers when I stopped playing the Blizz servers. I have to say they are less fun in the long run. With Blizz servers you always have a character that will never be deleted or anything like that. In private you could be working on a character for weeks and then BAM! Gone! WTF!? Yes it happens often. That's why they are only good for max lvl start PvP deals. But even if you try to have fun in PvP it's completely ruined by people who "donate" to ...
I don't get this. I thought it was always better without 12 year old kids yelling in mics. Did this change? It doesn't matter anyway in the long run. You can't play a PC game on a console. It just will never work. I have a headset that will work fine with my PS3, but I will never use it. I have too much respect.
