Where's my sexy Argonian mod LOL.
Infamous was ok but the game that's really stuck out as being next gen was nba 2k14, the animation and things like 3d beards looked so lifelike and realistic, it's just a shame that the white character models broke the illusion.
Rift will be technically better but morphius will have it own pluses, i.e. move and the ablilty to fully rotate.
But ultimatly they will stay out of each others spaces and help each other grow by giving devs two platform to aim there projects at.
Well i think sony did it for other reasons if you let one dev have an advantage then sales from other devs suffer.
So what you lose from not having a subscription service you may gain in more exclusives from other devs.
Vita also gets proteus and fez with cross buy, vita seems to do really well out of psplus.
It's been reported as fake by devs apperently.
Just an insight to how ruthlessly EA are.
Maybe you need to look at the bigger picture, Devs were unhappy with the CPU performance on PCs using DX, so AMD made mantle and offered it to everyone for free.
Obviously MS didn't like that as it ment Linux or steam OS could in theory outperform a windows PC meaning if they got a foothold gamers would migrate away from windows for better performance.
So I think MS had a little word with Nvidea and maybe a little bit of money quietly changed hands.
People have always argued over specs from c64 vs spectrum vs amstrad, or snez vs megadrive, ST vs Amiga.
Saturn vs ps1 vs n64.
In those days it was just as bad even the adverts for consoles encouraged it.
Just to show everyone what I ment with the tax reference here is tax mania on the snez from 1993 3 years before crash limited with the tech of the day and mode 7 graphics.
You can still see where naughty dog got the idea adding much more platforming to it.

Zelda a link to the past.
I bet it would be cheaper to licence taz mania from warner bros let's be honest he's just as recognisable as crash and crash was just a copy of him in the first place.
I'd love to play 4 player coop but at £50 a ps4 pad I just couldn't justify it with hardly any games
That's what I thought playing the alpha, its sort of a bit like phantasy star online with a hub that you can only go out of with 4 people.
“It’s been really interesting to see the votes come flooding in for Dwarf Fortress,” said David Roberton, Vice President of International Marketing at Turtle Beach. “We had a strong and very eclectic list of nominations and are delighted, but not surprised, to crown Dwarf Fortress as the Beautiful Game. While some truly phenomenal games featured on the shortlist, Dwarf Fortress is an outstanding example of interaction design and proves that you don’t have to be a huge AAA title to really reso...
@theoneb the 360 for most of games released had higher sales figures than the ps3.
Attach rate for games was higher, so in a funny way the piracy may have done more good than bad.
Looks like the next indie game heading for psplus lol.
And if you own both consoles which version is everyone going to buy, increased sales may force devs to spend more time improving one version even more if it means more money in there pockets rather than striving for parity.
Its not really a question of if the Xbox can run them its a question of how well.
Let's say for instance the ps4 version of a game in the future has to scale from 720p at 30fps because of advanced lighting and rendering tech.
Where will the Xbox go do the drop the lighting or AA to get the game running?
If they we're real pervs they would be taking a lot more than just an arrow to the knee.
