GTA IV and GTA V are in the same Era.
The characters can cross games. But anyone from GTA 3,VC,SAN,LCS,VCS can not be in V and were not in IV.

No most of us will not at least. But I have always liked the True Crime Series so I have this game pre-ordered. I'm sure this game will be a blast but almost nothing can compare to R*'s detail that they put into every inch of their games.

you must not know this will not be the name of the american release. tekaichi in japan is called sparking. there was sparking, sparking neo, sparking meteor and now sparking omega. her it will be called Tenkaichi 4. also Raging blast isnt part of the tenkaichi series like some people want to believe.
