Also to those saying we should have custom avatars, just no... As soon as it happens there will be an explosion of images wed rather not see.
Also its much quicker for the ps3 to load your friends list is all the images are already on disk, custom images would mean having to download them each time you sign in.
its becuase the ps3 is getting tons of first party support, and thw wii constinues to get shovelware...
Soon enough the ps3 should be topping in thew EU too, though itll be hard to take the US...
Im glad theyre getting rid of UMD. Id like it if games were stored on duo pro sticks, or available for download.
What i want to know is, will this psp just be a contunuation of the psp 3000? or will it be more than that, having some games which take advantage of better graphics.
Or is this a fully different console which will be much better in graohics.

Mr face creamer I dont know what you were playing becuase as far as handheld games go, they were brilliant.
Theyre both still one of the best shooters you can get on the psp.
especially online, auto aim means you really have to use tactics to win, gun customisation is generally better than most proper console games, the maps are well thought out and in most games everyone acts as a team.
I actually like them more than the ps3 version XD

The 360 was always done with the intewntion of it coming out first, and wooing us all with halo 3 and gears. But not tbh Ive not played a good exclusive on my 360 since gears 2, and apart from this new halo game I just dont see anything to get excited for.
Though the ps3 just had KZ2, and there are loads of games im really wanting. Probably too many for me to afford.

I need a game to play whilst Im waiting for GT5. Im not saying forza 2 was bad, its great, but its NOT a true sim. Its slightly arcady becuase its meant to be fun, GT5 is a sim first and foremost, and its graphics are teh awesome =D

And about the G3 controller thing, you can easily fire the gun like a machine gun if you just press R1 really fast, I can do it. You dont need a controller mod for that XD

By the looks of it this new psp may be sort of the psp 2. If sony pdates its graphics and adds a touchscreen and makes it a lil smaller, we could be looking at what we always wanted from the psp.
A great console, no UMD, top notch graphics, and small enough to be a real media player.

The graphics need polishing but dont expect this game to be KZ2 quality. Its 256 players, not 32 XD

Whilst both consoles are great, I have to agree.
FPS= Killzone 2 right now of the benchmark for FPS, and R2 is great boasting brilliant co-op and versus online play
adventure= Uncharted having a brilliant story and great graphics. Storywise MGS4 has that covered too.
Racing= when GT5 comes out for racing sims it'll be all over.
Platforming = LBP, and ratchet and clank, have that sorted.
Adnd plus theres so much more co...

Well people need escapism, especially today where for many their lives are all about work, tight deadlines, and a lot of stress due to economic times and just due to woring hard all the time.
Playing games instantly makes you forget all about that, its like being on a holiday. Theres nothing wrong with escapism as long as it does not become an obsession, its just like reading a book.
Except of course games are more fun, and more soiciable.

But lets be honest, how many people murder due to an argument whilst gaming? How many even get into a fight???
The fact is these people are wrog in the head to begin with, no normal person gets physically violent playing a game, and definately no sane person kills someone over a game.

Finally, cannot wait. Timesplitters 3 was one of the best shooters last gen, for it it probably was the best due to brilliant offline multiplayer, and a great campaign with a brillaint, funny storyline.
Sony really re delivering now, its incredible what theyre coming out with on a regular basis since mid 2008.
