Its not exactly great. It doesnt tie into anyything, its terrible. Its just a glorified chatroom/advertisement space.
Whilst Uncharted 2 i no doubt an incredible game.
There's just no beating Ratchet and clank. Its a dunny game with one of the best duo's in gaming ever. The colourful, highly detailed graphics, constantly moving envoronments, hilarious enemies and guns.
Its just purely fun. Its not like Killzone 2, although R&C games have tense moments theyre drapped with so much humor, colour and light heartedness its a joy to play.
And no doubt I'll be comple...

The only people who would have modded their games to allow that would be campers, people who like to hide out of view. Modern warefare is about quick reactions, good aiming, learning your guns and the maps.
Given that this is what the game is about using third person instantly takes you away from that, suddently it is a hiding game, a waiting game. Technically its cheating. Its worse than just camping...

The answer is yes, the playstation consoles will carry on next gen, of course they will. This gen has still been successful so far for them.

All i noticed was that the shadows on the ps3 version appeared darker. It could just be a greater range in shadows but its doesnt makes the game really look better, just different.
Apart from that though the games both seem to look identical. im sure pixel counters will say otherwise but on an HDtv they'll look the same.

Resistance 3 will release in 2010, that follows Insomniacs trend of alternating year between resistance and ratchet and clank.
Killzone 3 will probably release later than febuary in 2011. Its thew sort of game really which is a christmas title.
Starhawk. These good games, but salightly lesser known, are usually released by sony during september/october. Though it couild see a late summer release.

GT5 though has graphics and physics which are far, far superior. Your comparing an arcade racer to a sim racer.
I would love to see dynamic eather in the game, though if theyre just putting this on top of everything else then they might just find that there just isnt the avaiable power to do it all.
Maybe this is something they should have integrated into the game from the get go?

I play video games reguarly and I found it very easy to get good at steering, spacial awareness whilst driving, reverse maneuvers, and doing things such as changing gear without looking incredibly quickly.
Even my driving instructor noticed how quickly i got good at reverse maneuvers, I generally did them perfectly on my first ever tries.

But the real reason for this is probably to draw attention to thgeir lower priced games to get more money from consumers. Theyre doing it to price out the competition.
Its an incredibly effective tactic. Ive never bought a game from ASDA but after hearing about this theres no doubt that I'll pay more attention to ASDA's game pricing from now on, so for them thats another customer, amoung thusands more customers theyve attracted...
