Its actually pretty interesting how many PC gamers are actually laptop gamers. Guess that explains why Dota and LoL are so popular with college students.

The HBAO+ does wonders for this game.
If you have the excess income and feel the desire, going out of your way to support the devs you love is fantastic. But price gouging is a real thing and its actually a very popular business model.
And $40 is probably a very fair price for the witness. But it is very different from most other games, so there is a larger risk than usual that you just cant know if you will like it or not, and $40 on a bad time is not very good.

This game is insanely good. Like, its only January and its probably going to be one of the best games this year. Well you know if you like that sort of game, it wont be your game of the year if all you play are COD and Battlefield or something like that.

There have been enough good cod campaigns that I think many people would be disappointed if they stopped being produced. Like, who wouldn't want another COD 4 campaign, that game hardly had a dull moment and offered a lot more that 'move forward and shoot.'

I personally think games shouldn't be censored. Generally its just to protect the younger crowd and that task should come down to the parent or guardian. I mean, it says right on the box "Sexual themes, extreme violence", if you are buying them a game that they will spend a large amount of time on, reading the rating doesn't take that long.

Sounds about right considering that Oculus operates at more than twice the resolution of 1080p.
But what i want to know is how well it works at lower resolutions and lower frame rates. Like, what if you had it operate at the same resolution as the morpheus, and you shot for something like 45 fps instead of 90. Hypothetically it would only require a computer 1/4th if not less as powerful of what they are recommending.
They said the exact same thing for Witcher 3 on low settings.
We get it its your lowest end 9xx "High end GPU", but the 970 is pretty far beyond minimum for anything.
