@sagapo you are both correct and incorrect about latency due to upscaling, yes upscaling have a latency involved but it will also reduce the rendering load to deliver faster frames thus also decreasing latency.
a 60fps upscaled game will have more latency for 60fps non upscaled game.
But a main reason upscaling is used is to increase performance and used when games are not able to reach 60fps in native resolution,
so in most common scenario game will be between 30fp...
If at some points you mean 4k native with ultra rt while staring at sky with no other geometry in view, yes it might hit 100fps
TLOU is not a horror game because developers dont not market it as horror game neither do they state its a horror game.
While RE is marketed as horror game.
Dont get the hate for 32gb since next logical step up from 16gb is 32gb...
They are not going to risk recommending 20 or 24gb of mixed matched ram even if game just take a gig over 16.
