Cloud compute is no secret weapon, but GPU compute on the other hand...is showing real world results! PS4's hardware advantage is too big to overcome. Our recent weather system from Driveclub show's just how powerful GPU compute can be. inFAMOUS, The Order, and...

Let's hope they do pull support, so Bungie will happily support PlayStation 4 only next time...and go all out on GPU compute!

I have Seagate 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive in my PS4!

Really easy to install and my PS4 boot and loading times are pretty fast too! Highly recommend going with a Hybrid SSD.

Thanks for correcting me on the "lack of color" on PS4.

Found a thread about RGB settings with PS4 on Reddit

Old news I agree, but everybody wants to justify their purchase. Microsoft wants everybody to believe that cloud computing is the future and that eSRAM is better for gaming.

Andrew Goossen: We've chosen to let title developers make the trade-off of resolution vs. per-pixel quality in whatever way is most appropriate to their game content. A lower resolution generally means that there can be more quality per pixel. With a high-quality scaler and antialiasing and render res...

I'm not saying their incident equates to personal attacks on XBL, xJumpManx stated that Sony's "lack of security from their hack" and "he logs into Live worry free I have to buy cards because I would never trust Sony with my CC info again"...in other words, he thinks XBL is more secure...my point, it's not!

Screen tearing seems quite common on Xbox One games. Lack of color on PS4 and both having inconsistent frame rates...40-60 not to bad I guess.

PC is the clear winner of course, but don't get to excited...as PC version of Sniper Elite 3 suffers from major pop-in issues, something that is easily noticeable when using your binoculars or your sniper’s scope. Not only that, but the shadows from the trees feel kind of low-res and messy too, and there are also some shadow flicke...

Phishing scams, account hacks...I know wtf phishing is, don't try and twist my comment around...I personally have a friend that was a victim on XBL, never uses his password or credit card through some lame ass site or click bait emails.

He took a break from playing only to come back and his account was hacked! XBL isn't safe either! Geez, some of ya'll act like Microsoft is all mighty or something, their sh*t is vulnerable too!

On one side of the fence we have Microsoft explaining the "power of the cloud" and Sony on the other side explaining "GPU computing"...and everybody (AMD, Sony, game devs) is leaning towards GPU computing for the future of gaming, not cloud computing.

Both Microsoft and Sony want to push things like AI, hair physics, clothing, particle effects, collision, world simulation...you name it, to new heights! We're already seeing it...

"I log into Live worry free I have to buy cards because I would never trust Sony with my CC info again."

Xbox Live accounts get hacked almost everyday. The issue with Sony's hack was that it was a world wide hack to the PSN....causing them to shut it down for several days.

Microsoft's hacks are quite personal...you can find people all over the net crying out about their accounts being hacked and charged, all the t...

Seriously, everytime I see your name you're posting the samething, numbers and links from DF.

First of all, PS4 and Xbox One are not the same machine. PS4 hUMA design with GDDR5 and heavy compute dominates the Xbox One. I don't have to post numbers to make my point, Xbox will always be behind. Sony worked closely with AMD to create a strong GPU compute console. This is the future of gaming, GPUs are becoming much faster than CPUs.

"What the hell do you expect from PS4 version?"

A lot more than Xbox One that's for sure...let me explain!

The bandwidth advantage that the PS4 has over Xbox One cannot be mitigated, DDR3 RAM cannot be combined with eSRAM for performance gains. Your precious eSRAM is too small as well. 1080p framebuffers are considerably to large to fit into into a 32mb eSRAM node. A heavy CPU/GPU game is very likely to run below 108...

It's buisness, good marketing (shady deal...cough cough) on Microsoft's half. They announced DLC first on Xbox One back at E3, so of course parity will be in the mix.

Now I'm not trying to bash Xbox, but Xbox thrives on 1st person shooters. The media along with Microsoft hyped the hell out of Titanfall to push Xbox One, and they failed.

Halo Master Chief Collection, no doubt this will be a fantastic collection for Halo fans...but not enough to c...
