IW and Treyarch worked together on MW2.
Their was an interview with the CEO of activision (i think... it may have been the head of IW tho). And they said Treyarch didnt get the credit they deserved for the work on MW2.
So yeah, them working together would make a shitty game, just look at MW2.
how about no online, and make Dynasty Warriors 4 again, and who could give a shit about graphics

His reason for 9/10 wasnt a good one I thought tho. "Doesn't bring enough new features to make it a $60 game"
so adding: pro mode, and whole new instrument, new menu layout, more customizable options, more songs, import of RB1 and 2 songs and DLC, etc.
I think that is a good addition to an already superb game. What else could they add?
