The only thing I don't miss about JP game centers is the cigarette smoke and loud gambling machines. I still love playing the crane games though.
Tweaking a game to keep it fresh is a good thing.
Completely changing a game and keeping the name sucks.

I think it's mainly because people that have played doa
expect the characters a certain way. Like if mai from fatal fury lost her signature bounce. People in Japan don't have a "fear" of breasts. ThIs game In Japan is more known for its "underwear" shots. People tend to forget this has always been a risque fighter.

I know there are people who love trophies but seems most trophy hunters just play to plat. I met a person who platinum L.A. noir in a few hours.
