i was more than dissapointed with left 4 dead, cs:s for example, was just was much fun with bots, and i think it was better because no one dropped out mid game etc. But left 4 dead went cheap, if they added the vs mode with bots so you could play offline, i would still be playing this game now, not letting it rot in it's box where it shall stay forever because online sucks and there is no single player...just an opinion, don't cry people....but i hated it, and i was looking forward too it as ...
ok heres how it is, i don't own a ps3...though i will get one, and i owned a ps2 and ps1, but i'm not a fanboy: but square had their own style and made lots of money making playstation games, when they went 'multiplatform' aka microsoft gets preferential treatment, they tried to change their style and make 'western' rpg's, but here's the thing....most westerners don't play rpg's, and the ones that do play jrpg's...so now there's games that are being dumbed down and cheesed up for other countr...
i agree with everything you said but why is it a bad thing that they made games for pc as well....final fantasy ports would be the only ports worth buying...it's just a shame the games they are putting on pc suck donkeys balls *cough* last remnant cough*, and ff13 was made usuing pc tech, although they did dumb it down for the 360 compatability...
loved it, played it several times through and really enjoyed the combbat and story, the gambit system was great

derspite what the people here will tell you it's fairly overrated, not as addictive as cs:s and more tedious, but hopefully this dlc will improve on this, start playing in april...more diversity in gamerplay
it's so true as well, people are more concerned with if a game has trophies/achievements, than if the game is any good

i know it's on pc too, i just don't like it, that's fine if you like it, i just think some of the awards are stupid, such as the getting an award for 5 headshots in a game etc....and theres always discussions/arguments about achievements/trophies (360/ps3) and i just don't see the point getting worked up about something as stupid as an achievement, people seem to be more concerned with the achievements than the actual gameplay...i just see it as another thing where people complain when a game...
i loved the battlefront series, but if like me any of you have played lotr conquest, you should be very fearful of how bad they could make this game, lotr conquest....was the worst game i've ever played...think countersrike 1.6 graphics with only a handful of units...and no imagination...oh and crap combat

Final Fantasy X was the reason i bought a ps2, before that i didn't even really game on pc, and probably just had a n64, that game really did open my eyes to what games where capable of, know of any other games with a story with sidequests that can take you 100+hrs to finish...and all of it story driven, not just grinding as a person above said, then ff12 came and i believe it was even better..it's just a shame they're not on pc....1680*1050 with 16q anti aliasing would be very tasty indeed
