If they moved to cartridges, the need for hard drive installations from physical media would be eliminated.
There should be a minimum spend for this refund rule, or at least change the rules depending on the price you pay for the game.
If you pay a pound for a game (sale or not), you shouldn't be entitled to an automatic refund.

The Wii U is gaining momentum slowly. Unless things dramatically change, they won't be the top dogs this gen, but being the top doesn't mean they won't put out some good titles.
To be honest, I'm looking forward to more games on the Wii U than on PS4 or Xbox One at the moment.
An interesting perspective, but at the end of the day, only time will tell if the Xbox One will prevail in Japan.
