If you read my comment, you'd realize I'd commented on the fact survival mode was in there.
It didn't need to be.
They should have hurried their asses up and finished the damn vs pack instead of making everyone wait for them to add a new mode. No one should debate this point, its silly to.
Anything past the 2 vs maps to finish the game is just gravy, ie, survival mode, new campaigns, etc.
I still can't believe anyone would think the first DLC wasn't just required content they never finished. Fine, whatever the hell last stand is, they could have added that later. But as for the 2 versus maps? WTF?! They owed us that! It's part of the basic package! You don't get a big pat on the back for doing whats expected of you! They didn't need to have the survival mode packaged with it, they could have released it later and that would have been fine. How easily are people swayed?!

This is something that should benefit everyone on the console, it's not that much of a stretch to do a little more for your customers who are already paying top dollar to let everyone on the console use the info.
You know, in war games, they never usually show a realistic death, a shot to the chest that brings huge pain, then slowly reduces the person to a moaning stirring mess. Just because death is trivialized in a game doesn't mean that we are sensitized to it, the one we are shown gives us an ends to a mean, a score point.

I've had all the systems for about 2 and a half years now, and I can say from the heart, the only game I bought was zelda, and that sucked. I used my wii as a glorified gamecube this gen, with like 3 games.
There are like 3 or 4 good wii games, that's it.

I met someone who told me Resident evil 5 was racist, completely came out of left field, she was a gamer and totally not retarded.
