"Passes" and "no plans" have different degrees of meaning. "no plans" (XSEED used this term) means that there is a possibility that it WILL be localized in the future. Let's hope on that. :)

I would have wanted the Vita version to get additional stories than the PS3 version though like CS extend. Anyway, I'll still get this for the handheld. Now, my fingers are crossed for a Persona Arena iteration though as of now that would be unlikely it's still possible right?? right??
