As a user of both PSN and Xbox live, I can safely say playing on xbox live is more entertaining as more people talk and use mics.
So yes it's superior.
I'll just add that even though the PS3 version of Fallout 3 looks slightly worse than the others. I had exactly the same amount of fun with both the 360/PS3 versions. Finished both of them, think it's one of the best games ever made. Especially the goty version. Have high hopes for New Vegas.
I would like to wait for a GOTY version, but I am weak and must play this early if it's as good as Fallout 3.

I own Fallout 3 GOTY edition on PS3, the PS3 version looks rougher than both the 360and PC versions. It has no anti aliasing at all. I hope they at least try to make the PS3 version of New Vegas the same as the 360 version. If not it's just a slap in the face of every PS3 owner out there.
