Microsoft will come out with a host of great games. Just because they are announced, doesn't mean they don't exist. Likewise for additional PS3 titles.
There's a load of 360 games with little hype, that people totally disregard. So far, 2009 is looking to be the best time this gen for games, and an awesome time to be the owner of two platforms.

Many things will have to be changed if it were to be released for the 360. The constant Apple references throughout, Microsoft would not like that one bit.
Not to mention, Kojima has no guarantee it's worth their time porting it, as they have no guarantee it will sell well, and be worth their time, when they could make a straight up multiplatform game and make more money.

After hearing so many bad things about the dialogue, I was expecting it to be dire. But I didn't find it to be too bad. Some of the things said were a little stupid, and the swearing could have been cut down a lot, but none of it really made me cringe like I expected it to.
