Your logic suggests you can proclaim a console's hardware capabilities based on game code. Using that video to say Natal is not capable is like saying a console sucks because the current version of the dashboard on any given console or a game on it ...
I bet you money they tested these results with the least processing hungry software. There will be game processing lag and PlayStation EYE lag you will have to add. You can see the difference between MOTION FIGHTER(Boxing) versus MOVE PARTY(simply point and click party game) in reaction time.

So Sony will be losing exclusive developer support and brand building franchises. Didn't buy FF13 but I will be buying Metal Gear Solid Rising, War Devil and most likely Final Fantasy Versus.
Once Natal has been on the market the 360 will sell so much 3rd party developers will be crazy not to jump in. The good thing about this is Microsoft will have an easier time making deals of all sorts after Natal has been on the market for a bit.
