i'd agree with that thought. fanboys and fangirls alike clamour over zelda and final fantasy more then anything. makes me wonder if stuff like gears of war and halo will have the same type of effect when their respective games have been our for 15 years.
was it really because those games were special or just nothing else was out at the time to match it and they were just "good". nice song anyways..funny. :)

yeah sony has to lose a lot each year. at least with blurays the actual discs are expensive to buy to make a burnt copy so that might stop some people from doing it. but in todays digital age you don't even need a disc sometimes.
yeah i hate people like that. the ones that are always wathing new movie releases online and downloading music without ever paying and screwing game companies. serves them right ninty!

Gran Turismo 5 should have very long legs as aside from having a large userbase in general, but in the age of dlc, I could imagine the cars, tracks, etc. that will come in time. Pretty nice if Red Bull is right.
VGChartz is pretty damn accurate..but I wonder what Microsoft's official number is at this point.
I'm not even sure if I'm 100% sold on Street Fighter going polygonal..I think that 2D hand drawn art will always be my favorite approach for the series. Still..nothing could ever be worse than that game. And all I have to say now is #$%! MCD is Huuuuuuge!
gamecube and wii had a $15 profit or something like that. dsi towards the end of it's lifecycle was making like $50 if i remember right from ign.com
$150 profit is ridiculous but i'd never open my 3ds to try and find out myseld (wouldn't know what i'm looking at either) plus how do you put a price on magic lol.
