hell yeah alan wake looks insane, the graphics, atmosphere and story all look awesome.

ive got to say the game is better then i expected, i only rented it because of the length, otherwise i probably would have bought it.
i just finished the iraq (or whatever it is)level, im pretty slow at playing these kind of games, and im not sure how far in i am, but it seems decent enough, not perfect obviously, but not as bad as it could have been.
who cares if it goes to ps3, i own both consoles, and even if it were %100 360 exclusive i still wouldnt buy conviction, its a rental at best.

its 2K, so as with the first bioshock this game will only be timed exclusive, even if they swear black and blue its exclusive like they did with bioshock i still wouldnt believe them.
the problem for me is i dont like multi player, there are alot of people like me that would only want to play the campaign.
if i had bought this without knowing how short it was i would be so disappointed, im glad i didn't pre order this one.

i had a lot of respect for ubi before this, and i cant understand why reviewers aren't slamming the game for its short comings.
i was going to get the collectors edition, but im just going to rent for the weekend instead, five hours is an outrage.
i hope the game bombs now, theres no way people should be paying full price for a five hour game, and yes i know theres the co-op, but i only wanted this for the single player, and at five hours it may as well be dlc.

hell no, the more gears the better, only thing i want to change is the scale of the battles, resident evil 5 looked fantastic and had a lot of zombies swarming you at once, i want to see gears step up to at least the same level, i want it to be a real fight.
both consoles got alot of hate back then, sony for blue ray and lack of games, MS for...we all know pretty well what for.
i dont mind if a game is multi disc but still maintains the same standards as it would on ps3 blue ray, but when it comes to games like final fantasy then theres only one choice.
i almost agree with you about MGS4 being perfect, but theres three reasons i didnt quite make it for me.
cut scenes were a bit too long, mission briefings were boring.
installs after each level sucked.
and number 3, god i hope like hell this game gets trophies! i would love to play it again!
otherwise its still one of my fave games so far this gen, alan wake looks pretty special too, i love the setting and story, not long to wait now...
