i loved previous gears games, but i just dont enjoy judgment.
the cutsene at the start of the original gears was so foreboding dark and moody, it showed society being dominated and wiped out but a force that seemed unstoppable, but in judgment its just like oh hey look locust lets kill em.

40% of the game at sea, I did not like the ship missions in AC3 so I think ill pass. AC is dead it was in its prime with ezio.
if ppl think gears needs to take a rest then so does killzone, uncharted, god of war, Halo, Fable, forza, COD, AC, Mass effect but why would they stop making games that make them money, think if it was your money maker would you stop making it in the risk to try and make a new game that could fail? I will not play games with motion play, if Sony and Microsoft make games that rely on this then i won't buy either of there consoles, give me hard core game with a hand controller with next gen graphics and I'm happy. if they make you play with move and kinect then I'm out.

yeah it sucks, I used to like reading the game manual before I started to play games, even after I have stopped playing the game i would go back to the manual and read more info about the game, you now get this plastic case with a disk, what next a plastic case with no book or disk, instead of a disk you will get a small card with a code on it to download the game. I love to own hard copies of media and when they trim them down then what am I paying for?
