How? Well easy, look at the bottom of every pic of the player, no yellow bar?, now look at the gameplay! YELLOW XP bar!!!, no players in the lobby, it is a private lobby, not a public, and if he somehow hacked it to make it a private "public match" why isnt the bar there for every picture? Why would he take the time to hack the lobby just for gameplay footage? so FAKE!
And why isnt there no "spectator" word on every non-player picture? big ol "SPECTATOR...
The first episode in the game is a cliffhanger but there are many episodes in the game, just a like a TV show, soooo the ending to the whole game is unknown and will be till release :)

KZ2 was announced at E3 2005, released 2009
KZ3 will be announced 2010 and released 2014 if they follow the same trend they did with KZ2!
If they do release KZ3 they only had 1 year to make KZ3 if its released in 2010, unless it was already in devlopment before KZ2 was released. Most likely the domain was made last year and will expire this year, they can extend a domain expiration contract so dont expect info till they are ready and that may be till E3..
