Copying is how the game industry works. When Nintendo introduced rumble on the N64, it was new and no one else had it. Today nobody thinks twice about putting rumble into their system(though it took sony a while to realize it). And now nobody argues that everyone ripped off Nintendo with rumble. Why? Because A:consumers have the memory/attention span of a goldfish and B:it helps immerse the player into the game. 10 years from now every system will have their own Mii/Avatar thing and everyone ...

there are a few reasons why you should not join the other side.
A:online is free and you wont have to keep throwing in $50 a year that you could be spending on more games
B:you have to put into consideration that this game has been announced for the xbox360 at e3, thats over four mounths so you can expect the graphics to look alot better RIGHT NOW. vivendi is not going to make a crappy looking title for the ps3 but a great looking one for the xbox360

i talked to one of the higher level microsoft employees working with windows 8, he said that they havent began coding anything yet, its still just in the conception and design phase. so lets not have everyones panties get in a bunch, it will still be a long way before it comes out.
