To make the console smaller and cheaper they've obviously had to sacrifice a couple of things. Mainly the cosmetics. It really doesn't look as nice as the last slim console and it's a little bit louder apparently. But for £215 and a 500GB hard drive I can't see new PS3 owners complaining. But I'm happy to stick with my current slim model for the time being.
And surely now retailers will drop the price of the older slims to make way for the new ones? E...
I wish Lens of Truth kept which consoles the images belonged to a secret. Then after about a week or so revealed which ones were Xbox or PS3.
Fanboys are always going to stick behind their version of the game regardless of which looks better. I think it would make comparing the games a bit more interesting.

The only thing Square Enix said was "We have no information we can share at this time".
It's pretty standard for any company avoid making statements before it's time to make a real announcement. And you have to be extra careful in this day and age. Rumours spread like wildfire on the internet. How many articles have you seen on N4G that have been mistranslated or misinter...
They're totally optional. If you don't care about trophies or achievements,don't earn them. But I don't see why people feel the need to justify why the suck and are useless etc...
It would be nice if you earn stuff though. FFXIII unlocked wallpapers which was pretty cool. I wish more games offered little rewards.

Playstation Plus isn't for everyone and luckily it's optional. I've been a member from the start and have no regrets. But I too haven't played half of the free games I've been given and have a massive library of Steam games to plow...
Metal Gear Solid 4 can be completed in 3 hours and that game is a fucking masterpiece.
I'm hoping they announce a Vita version too.
