Link is either right or left handed depending on which you set at the beginning of the game. The only reason he was right handed in TP for Wii is because naturally the Wii remote is in your right hand also it was a mirrored version of the Gamecube game.
Sony only allows the utilization for 6 of the 7 cores in the cell processor. The technology was way ahead of it's time when it was first released and as developers learn to utilize it in more effective and efficient ways we can only expect to see better looking games. On top of that with the space blu-ray provides developers the possibilities become endless.
The PS2 has had a 10 year life span and we can expect the same if not more from the PlayStation 3.

It starts with being able to render "Hello World" then you start running custom software, patches, hacks, etc. Eventually you have full access to the OS with the freedom to enable/disable any features you want.
Except MGSR will most likely be running 1080p or at least 720p on PS3 and that is OUT OF THE QUESTION for 360. I'd say 585p at most.

It may look better, obviously because it's come out after MGS4 and technology is always improving. But it won't be no where near as big as MGS4, they're going to have to sacrifice a lot for it to look as good or better as MGS4.
